My name is Bubalo and I'm glad you decided to read about me. All I ever wanted from life was what any cat wants; a safe, comfortable home, where people will love me the rest of my life. However, that was not how my life started. At some point, I was tossed to the streets and expected to survive.Fate played a cruel hand and I was abused. My tail is now only several inches long and severely cork-screwed. I knew I couldnt survive on the streets any longer so I began searching for a new family on my own. I found a house where the people were very nice to us forgotten cats. I tried very hard to get in their house, but they didnt understand what I wanted. Persistence paid off and they realized I wasnt a tough outdoor cat, but a cat that desperately wanted human companionship. They welcomed me in and called the resuce. The family offered to foster me while I waited for a new home. I loved being indoors again but one day I decided to run outside what a mistake. I was severely injured, but managed to drag myself back to family that took me in. I was rushed to the emergency vet because I was losing blood through several large gashes on my back end. I received 30+ stitches to close the huge wounds, but I had to visit the vet several more times to completely close the wounds. I even had to wear one of those annoying, silly looking cones over my head! I currently live in a differenct foster home with some other cats and two older dogs. I like my safe, loving surroundings. I love string toys and toys with feathers. I spend my days playing and daydreaming, hoping there is someone out there that wants to share life with me. (Bubaloo is a gentle heart in a tough outer skin. He needs someone that will be patient with him and be able to handle his occasional tough boy attitude. He doesnt like to be held or pet all the time and may push you away or bat at your hand. In time, you will see the gentle, loving cat that exists inside.)
