Lead Hand- Kenosha, Wisconsin



The PIC Group is looking for a LEAD HAND for the Kenosha, Wisconsin Area. This is a supervisory position. This position involves a variety of shifts (days, afternoons, and midnights) and the flexibility to travel within a one hour radius of the supervisor’s home. Own reliable transportation is required. The starting salary is $11.00 an hour.

This is an on-call as need position thus hours cannot be guaranteed. All shifts are available immediately.


Primary areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):

· Assist PIC Management with daily activities.
· Manage facility activities as required.
· Compile data sheets and assist with reports.
· Perform part inspections to ensure compliance
· Supervise various sorts & inspectors (time sheets, assign duties, training, etc)
· Conduct audits
· Act as impartial 3rd party

Qualifications and mandatory skills include:

· High School Diploma or GED required. Post Secondary education is desirable
· Knowledge of automotive industry
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Must be flexible regarding shifts and overtime
· Ability to take initiative and recognize needs
