Hello I am sell a slightly used Lane Chaise lounge sofa. We paid $1045 for the sofa about 4 years ago. The price included a extended stain protection warranty. I believe there is about a year left on it. We still have the cleaner that was included with this couch. The couch was in a non smoking house. I had intentions of asking $600 but remembered I hosted a party and one of the cushions has a small burn hole (this is why I don't allow smoking in my house). I had it flipped over and it was forgot about. The lenght is about 83".

I also have a beautiful square shaped Broyhill Cherry finish (possibly Maple) Coffee table that goes well with it. Ask me for details if interested.
