You must meet these Requirements to apply:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 5+ years of Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (No exceptions - unless interim positions)
* Must be a team builder
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Must not have worked for more than 2 facilities in the past 5 years.
* Must have a good survey history
* Solid knowledge of Wisconsin Regulations
