As with most rooming houses, we offer rooms furnished with twin bed, dresser, minifridge, microwave, closet or wardrobe, Community room with stove, sink, and laundry. Bathrooms on each floor are cleaned daily.
A big plus is TV w/basic cable + HBO are included in each room.
A $100.00 per week room has a Security Deposit of $100.00 as well as a Key Deposit of $25.00 bringing the total to $225 the first week. Security & Key deposits are refunded after you move out with proper notice, the keys returned and the room is clean and without any damages.
Bus routes 11, 15, and 54. One bus to UWM & Bayshore.
